John Logan & Associates, Bundaberg (JLA) is a practice established with the sole intention of providing an uncomplicated  and transparent regional practice, specialized in our geographical area of operation. The practice has continually operated since initially being  opened in 1989. All of our valuers are members of the Australian Property Institute (API) and are Registered Valuers in QLD and NSW.  Our valuers annually conform to the Continuing Professional Development requirements of the API and maintain Certified Practicing Valuer (CPV) certification.

Our aim is to provide a quality service that would be expected from a premium, locally based practice, of long standing and having a high reputation in our local community and area of geographical operation.

We aim to provide the correct level of balance between profession, quality and excellence of service matched to the appropriate transparency and personal relationships with our clients.

Our head office is in Bundaberg. We understand the motivations and  preferences of our regional community and acknowledge their needs can, in certain circumstances,  vary from the normality of expectations in capital cites. As a regional practice we are able to adopt and modify our practices and procedures to the needs of a regional reporting practice.
